Process to request a custom design:

1. Finalize the purchase of your product.
2. Write us to the chat (Attention hours from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday) and choose "Customize order" in the chat options.
3. Tell us your order number.
4. Choose a design that you like to replicate and send it to us via image or link in the chat. ( It should be simple. If you send one that requires a little more work compared to the ones here as a sample, you will be asked for an additional payment )
5. If you bought several products at the same time, be sure to tell us which one or which ones you want to customize.
6. That's it! Your order will be made to your order.

Additional considerations:

We accept customization notices up to 24 hours after your purchase. After that period we will send you the design you see in the images.
