Process to request a custom design:

1. Finalize the purchase of your product.
2. Write us to the chat (Attention hours from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday) and choose "Customize order" in the chat options.
3. Tell us your order number.
4. Choose one of the models already made, available in the last image of the product and indicate its identification code.
5. Choose the colors that each element of the magnet (white kitten with blue specks, decorated yellow with white dots, etc.). You can choose up to 3 colors.
6. You can only choose the available designs and their colors! If you want a personal decoration, please visit the products that contain the word "CUSTOMIZABLE" in their title.
7. If you bought several products at the same time, be sure to tell us which one or which ones you want to customize.
8. That's it! Your order will be made to your order.

Additional considerations:

We accept customization notices up to 24 hours after your purchase. After that period we will send you the design you see in the images.
