2. Write us to the chat (Attention hours from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday) and choose "Customize order" in the chat options.
3. Tell us your order number.
4. Choose one of the models already made, available in the last image of the product and indicate its identification code.
5. Choose the colors that each element of the pendant will use and the color of the strap (Mushroom with purple lid and white stem with green stripes). You can choose up to 3 colors for the pendant and one for the strap.
6. You can only choose the available designs and their colors! If you want a personal decoration, please visit the products that contain the word "CUSTOMIZABLE" in their title.
7. If you bought several products at the same time, be sure to tell us which one or which ones you want to customize.
8. That's it! Your order will be made to your order.

We accept customization notices up to 24 hours after your purchase. After that period we will send you the design you see in the images.
